Thai massage grew out of temple healing traditions rooted in yoga and Ayurveda. Our therapists work along the body’s Sen energy lines with palming, thumbing and assisted stretches. It’s a full-body treatment that releases muscle tension, improves circulation and leaves you feeling lighter.
Prefer something gentler? Our Thai oil massage blends the same techniques with warm oil for deep relaxation.

Good to know before you book
Please wear comfortable clothes. For some treatments you may be asked to undress to your underwear.
A full-body Thai massage needs about 90 minutes (a shortened version of the 2–3 hour tradition in Thailand). A 30–45 minute foot or head massage is still very beneficial. We also offer 2-hour sessions. Just mention the duration you’d like when you book.
Thai massage suits all age groups. If you have an underlying condition (for example a serious heart condition, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cancer, deep vein thrombosis or epilepsy), please tell us when you book so we can check the treatment is right for you. If you’re unsure, consult your doctor first.
Clients come to us for back problems, neck and shoulder tension, sciatica and hip discomfort, muscle pain, and physical, emotional or mental stress. Most people feel more balanced straight away.
